Dubai Flight Desk is a flight booking agency based in the UAE. As stated on our website, we specialise exclusively in flight bookings – we do not book hotels, packages, or other travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines to secure the best available fares for domestic and international flights.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Quotations: Prices displayed (e.g., "Dubai to London from AED 2,499") are estimates and subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Final prices will be provided via call or email and may include our service fee.
• Payment: Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept payments through secure methods as advised by our agent. All major credit/debit cards and bank transfers are accepted where applicable.
• Fees: Our service fees, if any, will be disclosed before booking. Taxes, fuel surcharges, and airline charges are included in the final price.
• Currency: Prices may be quoted in AED, USD, GBP, EUR, or other currencies depending on your route. The actual charge will be converted by your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are governed by the airline's terms. As an agency, we will assist you in processing changes but cannot guarantee refunds or waive airline penalties. Some fares (e.g., promotional or budget) may be non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and travel document information (e.g., full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality).
• Ensuring you meet all entry requirements (visas, vaccinations, transit visas) for your destination and any connecting countries.
• Checking your itinerary immediately upon receipt for any errors and notifying us within 24 hours.
• Arriving at the airport with sufficient time and carrying all necessary documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Dubai Flight Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost baggage, or any airline-related issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question. We do not assume responsibility for acts of God, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai. By using our service, you submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
